Lindy Hop Dance Studios
- Hop to the Beat
- Boston's oldest Lindy Hop dance studio, run by Tony &
Aurelie Tye. Some of us learned to dance from them. In addition to
Lindy Hop, they teach other classic swing dances, and also offer Hip
Hop classes.
- It's All Swing!
- Founded a few years ago by Steve & Rebecca Drzewiczewski,
It's All Swing now features more instructors than you can
shake a stick at, teaching various styles of swing dancing.
Social Dances
- Boston Swing Dance Network
- Social swing dances with live music one Saturday per month from
September through June in Watertown.
- Five Guys Named Mike
- Social dances on Mondays & Thursdays in an informal setting.
The Monday Night Practice Session in Harvard Square, and
the Thursday Night Stomp in Arlington.
- Hop to the Beat Swing Dances
- One Saturday each month in Cambridge, and some months in
Concord. There is always a lesson for beginners before the
dance.
